In Spanish. After a positive initial interview, my experience with Guardian Real Estate Closing Services steadily worsened. The attorneys promised to keep us informed, but generally failed to do so; sometimes a month or more would pass without any communication. At least one of the attorneys was repeatedly curt, to the point of being rude.
After many months of setbacks and without making any significant progress in processing the legal documentation necessary to close the sale of my property in Playa del Carmen, I decided to discontinue using Guardian Real Estate Closing Services.

The attorneys promised to provide updates, but generally failed to do so, sometimes going a month or more. At least one of the attorneys was repeatedly curt, to the point of being rude.
After many months of hassles and no meaningful progress toward consummating the legal paperwork required to close the sale of my property in Playa del Carmen, I fired Guardian Real Estate Closing Services.

I used recently their services for the closing of my property. I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency . The whole process was complex but Katia guided me all the way through it and kept me informed of all steps and was always very patient answering my questions. Guardian Services are professional, dedicated and result oriented team. I would not do a real estate transaction in Yucatan without them and you shouldn’t either.
They will guide you though the intricate and time-consuming process of real estate transactions in Mexico – all with a courteous service. I especially recommend Katia which is exceptional in her work and service.
